One of the activities for Winter Learning Journey is to create a new flag of your own. I had to create a flag because Last year's prime minister had and idea of trying to make a new flag.
I completely agree with Lusia! This is a great design. It's bright and eye-catching. I would love to know more about what inspired you to choose red, blue and white as the colours for your flag. Do they represent something in particular?
Please feel free to pop back online and tell us more about what you were thinking when you created this design. We'd love to know!
HI Rachel I picked red, blue and white as my colours because in the New Zealand flag now the colours are red, blue and white. I thought I should just keep those colours in the flag.
That makes a lot of sense of me. I hope that your week is going well and that you enjoyed your prize pack from the Winter Learning Journey programme. I'll look forward to seeing you later in Term 4 when I come back to talk about the Learning Journey blogging programme over the summer holiday.
